Contest Terms & Conditions
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend upon number of entries. Only one entry per person will be valid. The promotion ends and the winner will be notified by email after the end date. Participants may request a list of winner(s) from the sponsor following the end date. Prize may vary from image.
Only persons residing in Canada can enter. Not valid with any other offer. All qualified persons who complete entry form will be entered in a random drawing. Participants affiliated with the sponsor are not eligible for participation.
If deemed an official winner, I will accept my prize as awarded, and allow The BabyTime Show the use of my name & photo for promotional purposes. I am over the age of majority in the province or territory in which I reside. Neither I nor any of my parents, siblings, children, nor those domiciled with myself are employees of The BabyTime Show their agents, parent, affiliated or related companies, and divisions, of the Contest Sponsors, promotional and advertising agencies, prize sponsors and administrators. I fully and irrevocably release, forever discharge and agree to indemnify the Contest Sponsor, their advertising agencies, affiliated companies, divisions from all claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action arising by reason of the acceptance or use of the prize.
I understand and agree that the Contest Sponsors and Prize Sponsor cannot accept any responsibility, in whole or in part, for loss, damage, death or injury to person(s) or to property, however caused, in connection with the prize that I may receive, or in connection with the Contest.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions on the contest form, I confirm that I have read, understood and consent to the above, and give my express consent to add my email to the BabyTime mailing list. Prize must be picked up from the BabyTime show or the BabyTime head Office. Winner will also receive 2 BabyTime Show tickets.
