Can I return the following day?

Once at the show, head to the info booth to make a small donation to The Diaper Bank, by doing so you’ll receive a re-admit pass. Photo ID must be shown when picking up the re-admit pass and upon returning the following day.

Are there wheelchairs available?

Yes, wheelchairs are available to borrow at the Show Office. They are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

My daughter is expecting, can I still pay the grandparents rate?

Yes! Grandparents-to-be also receive the discount rate, no need to prove it- we can tell by the glowing smiles!

Is there food available?

Yes, the Kids Café has a selection of options for toddlers and parents. The lounge also has bottle warming stations, highchairs and boosters for your family’s comfort.

I’m a teacher and would like to bring some students, do you offer a group rate?

I will likely be at the show all day, is there somewhere I can feed my baby?

Yes, we have two Medela Nursing Areas. Both rooms are equipped with comfortable seating, nursing pillows and bottle warmers. Medela provides breastfeeding information in each of the Nursing Rooms.

I will likely be at the show all day, is there somewhere I can change my baby?

No Need to Worry About Diaper Changing at the Show! Visit one of two easy access changing stations, sponsored by Munchkin, to cover all your diaper disposal needs.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, tickets are available at the door, as well as online

Is debit and credit accepted?

Some of the companies exhibiting will be able to take debit and credit card payment, but to avoid line ups at the ATM we recommend coming fully prepared
